Passover Lemon Chicken

1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup dry red wine
1 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
9 twists of freshly ground pepper

1 chicken, cut up

Marinate chicken overnight or 4-5 hours in marinade.

Bake in oven at 350 for 1 to 1-1/2 hours until tender. Baste every 20 minutes or so.
