Honey-Wine Chicken

2 Chickens, cut into serving pieces
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup dry red wine
2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 cup honey

Preheat oven to 400. Place chicken in roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve honey. Pour over chicken.

Roast about 1 hour, basting frequently, until chicken is tender and brown.

Nice for Passover.
