Pancakes

Ingredient Standard Recipe 1.5 Recipe .5 Recipe Double Recipe Triple Recipe

Flour 1-1/2 cups 2-1/4 cups 3/4 cup 3 cups 4-1/2 cups

Sugar 3 T 4-1/2 T 1-1/2 T 6 T 9 T

Baking Powder 1-3/4 tsp. 2-5/8 tsp. 7/8 tsp 3-1/2 tsp. 5-1/4 tsp.

melted butter 3 T 4-1/2 T 1-1/2 T 6 T 9 T

milk 1-1/4 cups 1-7/8 cups 3/5 cup 2-1/2 cups 3-3/4 cups

eggs 2 3 1 4 6

salt (optional to taste)

Melt butter, add to milk. Separate eggs, beat yolks lightly and add to milk mixture. Mix dry ingredients together. Combine liquid and dry ingredients, till just mixed and still lumpy. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold egg whites lightly into batter. Cook over medium heat on ungreased pan or griddle.
