Sour Cream Coffee Cake

1/2 cup Crisco
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
2 and 1/2 cups sifted cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

filling and topping: 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Cream Crisco, butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Sift sifted cake flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Pour half the batter into pan. Sprinkle half the nuts mixture on it. Pour rest of batter on top and sprinkle with rest of nuts mixture.

Bake 1 hour at 325 if using spring form pan.
Bake about 35 minutes at 325 if using 9x13 baking pan
