Blond Brownies

2 eggs
2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt, optional
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter. Add brown sugar and eggs, beat. Combine flour and leavenings, add slowly to butter/sugar mixture. Fold in vanilla and chocolate chips. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes. Don't overcook.
