Jersey Blues Bread

3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups blueberries

Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. On medium speed of mixer, beat eggs well. One at a time, add sugar, oil and vanilla, beating well after each addition. Add dry ingredients, mixing only until blended. Fold in blueberries. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8-1/2 X 4-1/2 loaf pans.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
