Turkey Soup

2 C cooked turkey, chopped
2 C cooked rice
1 large carrot
1 stalk celery
1 medium onion
2 cans chicken broth
1 can white beans, drained
10 oz. package spinach, washed and torn small
about 1 cup chicken or turkey gravy

Dice and sauté carrot, celery and onion. Add all other ingredients and bring to a simmer. Serve hot.
